A seasoned operating executive with rich experience growing strategic ventures, and a strong investment track record.

• Served as EVP and Board Member of US Robotics (USR), playing an instrumental role in driving company growth from $18mm to $2bn, and subsequently exiting to 3COM for $7bn.

• Under Ripplewood Holdings, acquired and helmed Western Multiplex as CEO and Chairman, which he guided to an exit of >40% IRR over 5 years.

• Early investor in Cleversafe and became its interim CEO after its first institutional funding round. Cleversafe was sold to IBM for ~$1.2bn.

SHEA HAMILTON

President

Over a decade of executive operating experience in the logistics and supply chain sector, with a growth focused visionary mindset.

• Served as COO for a prominent Canadian-based commodity trading and export firm, leading both domestic and international logistics teams.

• Founder and CEO of Volume Freight, transforming the company from a single-focus operation to an eight division industry leader. Ranked by Profit500 as Canada’s 4th Fastest-Growing company at exit.

• Investor and Founding Partner of Mercurian Capital Partners, where he led the due diligence strategy for the acquisition of SYLVIS Environmental Services.

RANDALL WINTERS

M&A/Finance Advisor

Finance and advisory professional with 25+ years in private equity, capital markets, and strategic transactions.

• Founder of E.L.K. Capital Advisors, specializing in buyouts, recapitalizations, and fundraises.

• Former senior member of Deutsche Bank’s Financial Sponsors Group, executing public and private equity deals.

• Holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth and actively advises companies and serves on multiple boards.

HARMON SMITH

Senior Advisor

Nearly three decades of executive leadership experience in the homebuilding industry, with a focus on operational excellence and growth.

• Served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Pulte Group, overseeing all day-to-day homebuilding operations, sales, architectural services, and purchasing.

• Held various leadership roles at Pulte Group, including Area President for the Great Lakes, Gulf Coast, and Texas Areas, as well as Division President for the DiVosta Division in South Florida.

• Currently serves on the Board of Directors for Interior Logic Group, a Blackstone portfolio company.

• Trained as a corporate lawyer at one of Canada’s top law firms.

• Chief Operating Officer for Genuwine Cellars, a boutique firm designing/building/installing custom wine cellars around the world. Implemented systems for 6x scaling in revenue and 49% increase in profitability.

• Founded Design-Build Blueprint; corporate advisor and consultant to design-build businesses, including custom homebuilders.

JOE MITCHELL

Acquisitions

Over 35 Years in the commercial flooring industry. Skilled in improving operations and increasing profitability, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Created Commercial Sales Division for California-based flooring company, growing revenue from $2.4mm to $24mm in 4 years.

• Led sales, project management, and installation teams on multiple million+ square feet projects for companies such as Pixar, Sunset Development, and Pacific Gas & Electric.
